Cookie Policy

Manage your preferences
You can change which categories of cookies Somni is allowed to use at any time. Reopening preferences will not delete cookies already set; to remove existing cookies use your browser settings.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. We also use similar technologies such as pixels, local storage, and SDKs (collectively, “cookies” in this policy). They help websites function, remember your preferences, and measure or personalize content and advertising.
Categories of cookies we use
Strictly necessary
Required for the site to function. These include cookies that remember your cookie-consent choices, keep you signed in to your account, secure form submissions, and protect against fraud and abuse. They are set by Somni and cannot be disabled. Legal basis: legitimate interest / strictly necessary.
Analytics
Help us understand how visitors interact with the site so we can improve it. Includes Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) and Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation), which records anonymized session replays and heatmaps. IP addresses are anonymized where possible. Legal basis: consent.
Marketing & advertising
Used to measure advertising performance and to show you relevant ads on third-party platforms. Includes Google Ads conversion tracking (Google LLC), Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.), and TikTok Pixel (TikTok Inc.). These providers may combine information collected here with data they hold about you for cross-site advertising. Legal basis: consent.
Third-party providers
When you allow analytics or marketing cookies, the following third parties may receive data (such as your IP address, device and browser information, pages viewed, and interactions): Google LLC, Microsoft Corporation, Meta Platforms, Inc., and TikTok Inc. Each provider operates under its own privacy policy. We do not control how third parties subsequently process data they collect through their cookies.
How long cookies last
Cookie lifetimes vary by provider. Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser; persistent cookies remain for a set period, typically between a few days and up to 24 months. Your Somni consent choice itself is stored for up to 12 months, after which we will ask again.
Managing cookies in your browser
In addition to the Somni preference center above, you can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers also offer a “Do Not Track” signal and Global Privacy Control (GPC). We treat GPC signals as an opt-out of marketing cookies for the browser sending the signal. Note that disabling strictly necessary cookies may prevent the site from working as intended.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to opt out of targeted advertising or the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information, and to limit the use of sensitive information. California residents can exercise their rights under the CCPA/CPRA; residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have similar rights. EU/UK/EEA visitors have rights under the GDPR/UK GDPR including the right to withdraw consent at any time. See our Privacy Policy for full details and how to submit a request.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Some advertising cookies described above may constitute a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under California law and similar statutes. To opt out, set the Marketing & advertising toggle to off in the preference center, or contact us at privacy@somni.com.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. If we make material changes to the categories of cookies we use or the providers we work with, we will request your consent again.
